At present, we make use of USPS and UPS for all our deliveries classified as Economy or Premium depending on the days of delivery. You can track your order following this link.

Shipping Cost in United States
Generally, US Shipping cost is automatically calculated and added to the order. The total cost of the order inclusive of shipping will be displayed before you are asked for your credit card information.

Note: Orders placed from Hawaii, Alaska, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, US Virgin Islands are shipped exclusively by Premium service. We do not offer expedite shipping or express delivery for these states.
For orders from Canada, the shipping and handling charge does not include Canada customs duties, taxes and custom brokerage fees. These charges should be rendered with your local customs in accordance with the laws preset by the Canada Customs at the Canadian border. We, advice you to check with your local customs office for any additional levy and taxes.

USPS and UPS are the shipping carriers we use, where shipping costs are derived on the basis of the shipping method you choose. We offer the following shipping options:
USPS - 5-7 business days depending on your location.
USPS Premium - The only 3-5 day service that delivers to mailboxes, mail slots and P.O. Boxes. This method does not charge any extra amount for Saturday and residential delivery (depending on post office service availability).
UPS 2nd Day Air and UPS Next Day Air In-stock order placed before 11:00 a.m. CST, Monday through Friday are expected to ship same day and be delivered 2nd or next business day depending on the service selected
Most products ship within 1 to 3 business days depending on demand and availability (in stock and non-embroidery items) excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow additional 5-7 business days for orders with embroidery
Please allow 8-12 days for standard delivery time through Global Priority Mail Canada.
Note: We do not offer expedited shipping or express delivery for Canada shipments

We do ship to countries outside of the United States and Canada. Please email us at email@example.com for a shipping quote for your items.
International shipping rates are our best estimates, in some case if we find any difference, we will contact you to pay the difference or vice versa. Please allow 8-12 business days for international orders to deliver. All local taxes and duties (if any) is customer responsibility
Shipments charges to International destinations do NOT include any taxes and duties. Such shipments may (very likely to) incur Taxes and duties upon reaching the country. You are responsible to contact the relevant department in that country to pay taxes and any duties before the Shipment is released.

How long until you ship my order?
With our fast delivery, most orders are delivered within 5-7 business days from date of order. Please allow 3-5 additional business days for personalization and customization. Made to Order items will take 8-12 business days in production until shipping. (Business days are Mondays to Fridays excluding Holidays. Orders made on a weekend will be processed on Monday.).
If my selection is "backordered", what happens?
There are times that high demand causes items to run out and if that happens with your order, we will let you know immediately and let you know when it's going to be available. You have the choice of waiting for it to be in stock to have them ship altogether. You can also have them ship separately with the back-order items shipped as soon we have it in stock. No worries, either way, you will only be charged once for shipping
An item I ordered is on backorder and I do not want to wait for it. How can I cancel it?
To cancel any backordered item, please call us (toll free) 1.866.497.5221 or email us at email@example.com.
Please include in your email your name, order #, shipping address, contact # and the best time to call you. If it has not been shipped then we will cancel it for you.
Please Note: There are occasions that manufacturers themselves will ship the items to you
Do you ship to PO Box address and APO/FPO military address?
Yes, we do ship to APO/FPO military addresses but we cannot ship express to these addresses
How much is the tax?
Tax only applies to the state of Georgia which is 7%
