Modes of Payment
At Reliable Chef, we believe in offering convenience to enhance your shopping experience. We offer a variety of payment merchants to make transactions hassle free and secure. At present, we support credit card, PayPal, Gift Cards, Business Checks, Money Orders, Purchase Orders and Wire Transfer.
We accept payments online by all major credit card merchants including:

If you receive an email stating that your credit card transaction has been declined, please call our CSR immediately at 866.497.5221. We will verify your account number, expiration date and billing address and update the order accordingly.
In case the problem persists, we suggest you to opt for a different mode of payment. You can also check with your credit card provider to investigate the matter.
At Reliable chef, we support PayPal based transactions. We have a dedicated merchant account for all online transactions. In case, you are not able to process your payments via, PayPal, feel free to call our CSR agent at 866.497.5221 or chat with the online support and we will send you a PayPal payment request for your convenience
Please Note: PayPal is the only method of payment we accept for international orders
WWe accept transactions via business checks. Generally, all business checks have a five-day clearing time for checks. Once the check is cleared, your order will be processed.

We accept money orders at Reliable chef with a five day clearing time. The package will be processed once the money order has been cleared.
At Reliable chef, we offer Purchase Orders (PO) for our clients. Purchase Orders are only accepted with complete official documents.
